Hot Chip - Ready For The Floor

Bloc Party - Flux


After a very successful year on the road in support of their recent album 'A Weekend In The City', Bloc Party are to release a one-off single.

'Flux' will be given away free with copies of the NME and is followed a week later with an official release on the 12th November.

Dan Le Sac vs. Scroobius Pip - The Beat That My Heart Skipped


Dan Le Sac vs. Scroobius Pip are back with a new single 'The Beat That My Heart Skipped' on the 10th September.

'The Beat That My Heart Skipped' is the follow-up to the duo's massive debut single 'Thou Shalt Always Kill' - (as featured previously on goodgoodpeople) and is available on CD and strictly-limited 7" through Lex Records.

Dan Le Sac vs. Scroobius Pip will be hitting the road throughout September and October in support of the single, including a headline show at the Scala in London. Tickets are available from here.

Does It Offend You, Yeah? - Lets Make Out


Does It Offend You, Yeah? are set to release a new single 'Lets Make Out' on the 17th September.

The Berkshire-based electro duo are currently recording their debut album, having just signed with Virgin after a string on successful EP's.

'Lets Make Out' also features the talents of former Death From Above 1979 singer, drummer Sebastien Grainger.

ZZT - Lower State Of Conciousness


ZZT will re-release their dancefloor smash 'Lower State Of Consciousness' on the 15th August via Turbo Records.

ZZT - 'Lower State Of Consciousness' is the result of a collaboration between Tiga and Zombie Nation and has featured in recent sets from 2manydj's, Surkin and Erol Alkan. The track is also being re-released with a killer remix from Justice.

Arcade Fire - No Cars Go


Arcade Fire released the third single from the massive 'Neon Bible' LP this week.

'No Cars Go' is released on strictly limited-edition 7" and is a re-recording of the track found on Arcade Fire's debut EP - which was released back in 2003.

Arcade Fire are set to play the Carling Weekend before returning to the UK in November for a short arena tour, including three nights at Alexandra Palace. Tickets are available from here.
